Introduction to Circuit Training
This weekly introductory class is for men and women not currently exercising and wish to increase overall energy levels, muscle strength, and endurance. Class is designed to teach basic principles of strength and conditioning through a routine that targets all muscle groups in a single workout. Class focuses on increasing strength and endurance of upper body, core, and leg muscles and will engage every muscle group in a single, recurring workout. Exercises use moderate weights and frequent repetitions, followed by another exercise targeting a different muscle group. Because the exerciser switches between muscle groups, little rest is needed between exercises. Instructor: Jim LeVan, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Personal Trainer

Senior Boot Camp
This weekly class fo rmen and women ages 45-65 includes a variety of upper body, core, lower body, and cardio-endurance exercises using a wide variety of motions. The goals of this class is to increase cardio endurance, muscle endurance, and overall energy levels using a blended Cardiovascular and foundational training format. Fitness Dance
This class is a type of dance fitness gathering that incorporates a variety of dance moves and music to promote a healthy heart, a healthy dose of aerobic activity, and a fun exciting way to build an dtone muscle, improve cardio, promote flexibility, and decrease stress. Open Gym - Volleyball
Teens and adults who want to practice their volleyball skills or simply want to enjoy the game with friends are invited to join in the fun. All ability levels are welcome. Pay as you go. Held weekly unless gym is not available or community center is closed. Complete schedule posted on website.
